・HOW to BOOK?

Please ask the availability of the tour by sending the contact form.

SophiArt will reply within 48hours.

After the tour was confirmed by SophiArt, you receive the confirmation mail by SophiArt.

・HOW to PAY?

Please pay by cash in JPY directly to the tour guide on the tour day. 

・HOW to be prepared for the TOUR?

Please make sure that your outfit is comfortable for a long walk since all tours are designed for using public transportation. But we can use a taxi if needed. It is quite easy to catch a taxi in Tokyo.

For the tour "GREAT NATURE in TOKYO",  hiking shoes and rucksack are highly recommended.

For other tours, walking shoes are recommended.

・HOW to be INSURED?

Insurance is NOT included in the tours. Please make sure that you are fully insured during the tours by your own insurance. 

・HOW to CANCEL?

It is very pity that you cancel the tour after the booking.

However in case you have to cancel it, the rate below will apply to the cancellation. 

28days to 14days before the tour day : 25% of the tour fee

13days to 4 days before the tour day:   50% of the tour fee

3days to the tour day: 100%  of the tour fee
